Not-self Identification:

REMEMBER: This section has got nothing to do with who we really are! It describes the mechanical reactions of our brain and body, signalling to us that we have been conditioned by physical overloads or unhealthy environmental impacts. The mechanical reactions force our mind to reflect differently, and to sooner or later become aware that unconstructive changes to the brain and body have occured. The paragraph section below is a person specific analysis of how this built-in warning system triggers tendencies of reactionary behaviors, and therefore thinking patterns, that do actually not belong to that person. Everybody has a similiar reactionary warning system built into their physical body mechanism, in order for our true selves to discover that something has started to turn out wrong in life. We get warned about living a conditioned state, that which we here call the not-self. The not-self description is not who we are, we are good persons of good intentions. For the specific not-self example, the person is not to be blaimed for this kind of acting or thinking. Our mechanical body form simply gets conditioned into a more or less unhealthy state during longer periods of overload, and now starts to signal to us its state of needing to get back to true health. Our body form is tailored to our unique soul and only cares for us. There is nothing wrong about its nature. When it triggers a not-self behavior it just signals that we better start thinking about how to return to a well-functioning state.

Background Information

Constructive Acting:

Through the mental mind we are idealised about what we think is the best way of living, and how we can interact in constructive ways with the world around us. Fortunately we have dreams to keep us motivated for stepping into action and experiment with life. As we walk the path our decisions drive us through experiences that generate ideas for improvements, and this whole experimental process provides the changes that we believe will bring us to live our desires and the fulfillment of our dreams. Life becomes a process of learning to understand how our physical setup practically works within the interacting field of the collective.

Relevance of Psychology:

Physical overloads of longer periods of time, especially environmental disturbances, drain the body's physical capacity. Further the mind's mental capacity is drained because the brain becomes sluggish. Compromised health leaves the mind in a stressed state of not being able to creatively find an effective functional pattern to live from, because its data fundament of the brain processes has been corrupted and prevents the mind from thinking clearly about what is practically relevant. The confused mind is a consequence of physical issues, and is not due to bad thoughts or overthinking. Understanding this relation between physical health and its impact on the mind, is supportive to not demand too much of one's present mindful capability, and to avoid blaming oneself, when actually the confused state of the mind is an innocense state of being victimised.

Health Efforts' Payoff:

Consciousness is housed differently by each human's unique physical organism, and how a person perceives the reality of the physical world through the mental mind can, in general terms, therefore can be indicated through a human design analysis. The communication between our true authenticity (our soul) and the mechanically functioning mental mind of the body is translated through an energetic-electric interface of the brain, that which we call the cognition. To live soulfully it therefore is critical to make sure that the brain stays functional clear in its electrical circuitries, by providing it the proper healthy fuel. Real health opens up the cognition of the brain for us to understand our physical reality, that which the brain is created by and suited for. With greater amount of health, we get consciously connected to the physical reality through the brain, which has been designed to house our unique soul. The payoff from health efforts is that the soul can take a comfortable seat in the brain and learn to look into the world through the mechanical functioning mental mind. Here it learns to decode the brain's processing of all the signals from the body's sensory system providing information about our present state. If the body is working up against too high levels of friction because of lack of health, the brain can no longer operate naturally and we then loose the opportunity of understanding, and identifying ourselves authentically in, the physical world.
